Mobilitati de studiu Erasmus + pentru studenți la University of Salamanca

Please find attached detailed information about the application procedure for 2025-26 Erasmus incoming students at the University of Salamanca:

Nomination deadline for 2025/26: July 1st, 2025 for ALL 2025-26 NOMINATIONS (1st/Winter semester, 2nd/Summer semester or Full Academic Year).

Exceptionally, and upon request, we will accept later nominations for 2nd/Summer semester students.

Nomination :

  • Partner universities are invited to send to the International Office-Erasmus Inbound Mobility (erasmus-in@usal.es) their official nomination lists including:
  • Full name of the student/s
  • Email address
  • Subject Area (ISCED code)
  • Proposed Level of Study at Salamanca (Undergraduate/Bachelor, Master or Doctorate)
  • Proposed Period of Study at Salamanca (1st/winter sem, 2nd/summer sem or full academic year)
  • Nominations must conform to the terms of each Erasmus agreement concerning the area of study, study level and the number of students. Any change to these conditions must have the prior approval of the University of Salamanca. Splitting full-year mobilities into two single-semester mobilities is allowed as long as the balance in the distribution of students between 1st semester and 2nd semester is kept as set out in the agreement.
  • Upon reception of the nomination list, the University of Salamanca will confirm the acceptance of the students and send them detailed information about registration procedures.

Language requirements : The language of instruction at our institution, in which subjects are taught and exams are conducted, is Spanish. Students must have an sufficient Spanish skills before their arrival to be able to follow lectures and sit exams. The minimum reccomended level is B1, although no certificate is required.

Learning Agreement /OLA: The University of Salamanca is connected with the EWP network and accepts Online Learning Agreements. OLAs must be sent for approval and signature to the corresponding International Departmental Coordinator in Salamanca (see the complete list attached). PLEASE DO NOT SEND LEARNING AGREEMENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OFFICE. They will not be attended.
