Fees
  • RSBMB members - 200 lei;
  • Non RSBMB members - 300 lei;
  • PhD students presenting work as first author - 150 lei;
  • Accompanying persons - 150 lei;
  • Undergraduate students (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) are free to attend, but must register and present a poster.

    The fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and festive dinner, and does NOT cover accommodation.
The registration and abstract submission is a three step procedure:
  1. fill in the registration form, including the abstract text (no formatting required for the abstract text at this step);

  3. format your abstract following the instructions below and e-mail it as a word file to:  mentelmihaela@gmail.com together with the proof of payment.

Abstracts instructions

Important points:
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Abstracts must contain original work.
  • Abstracts must not have been previously published or considered for publication.
  • Each registrant can submit only one abstract for evaluation.
  • The same abstract cannot be submitted by different delegates.
  • Abstract body can have a maximum of 2000 characters (with formatting and spaces).
Abstract instructions:

The title: TNR, Uppercase, 12p, bold, centered. The title should be informative and as short as is consistent with clarity.
Authors: TNR, Uppercase, 10p, bold, centered. List full names of all authors, first name then family name. List the institutions in which the work was carried out at the end of the paper and identify the affiliations of all authors and their institutions, departments, or organizations by use of superscript lower case numbers (1, 2 etc.). The asterisk symbol * in superscript should be reserved for the author to whom correspondence should be addressed. At the end of the abstract, phone and fax number, complete postal and e-mail address of the person to whom correspondence should be sent must be mentioned.
Keywords: for title TNR, low caps, 8p, bold, left; for body TNR, low caps, 8p, left, immediately after the title. Authors should supply a maximum of five keywords descriptive of the research carried out
Abstract main text: for title TNR, low caps, 8p, bold, left; for body TNR, low caps, 8p, left, immediately after the title.The first sentences should provide the background of the work. This should be followed by the experimental details and the abstract should end with a conclusion of one or two sentences. The abstract should be intelligible to the general public as well as the specialists in the field and, hence, should avoid specialized terms and abbreviations.

Poster instructions

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed the available space - 70 cm wide x 120 cm high.
Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top of the poster.
The text, illustrations, etc. should be readable from a distance of two meters.
