Abstract: In this paper the authors presents the histoanatomical researches at one of the vegetative organs from Sternbergia lutea (L.) Ker-Gawl. The root of this plant had a primary structure. The bulbous leaf shows an equifacial structure, from centric homogenous type, and the aerial leaf an equifacial intermediate structure. The floriferous stem is made from: epidermis, endodermis with chloroplast cells, and a massive cellular parenchyma, in which we find the libero-ligneous fascicles from collateral-closed type, with disorderly disposition.
Key words: Sternbergia lutea (L.) Ker-Gawl., anatomy, root, bulbous leaf, aerial leaf, floriferous stem.
